just amazing little camera.

 

And here I am again in selfie mode and what do you think? I really am working hard at becoming a better photographer whatever the equipment I have. So that is why I get what I can when I can.

See to me this is a little under lit and also remember there is the fisheye adapter on it too. I have to redo my gear page to reflect this fact. It is not listed. I’ll list it. But for the more modern then my phone cameras likely don’t need it. With a little messing around in the Windows 10 editor there you go.

I think that with that little light it would be enough fill. However this is a little dark out and I am using the light from a 100 watt bulb to light the image.

I used a Bluetooth shutter release so I could step back far enough away from the phone to get in the light.

Took what might be good enough for a product placement add in a pinch but I could do much better with any DSLR and most point and shoot digital cameras.

I think this could be an album cover if I had any musical talent.

 

This is the little bugger. It also has a macro function and I will be trying that out more and more coming up. I like that this little thing is less then $5.00 and you think it wouldn’t do so much but if you see how the images I have taken with it the vignette is a genuine lens artifact not a post effect.

However I need a haircut and everyone knows that is a fact.

I was thinking my next step in cameras will be a rebel. Or a 5600. I really don’t want to go into a less then full frame camera but come on I have to have something decent in the meantime.

I think far back deep in my mind I am hung up on the lens cropping and the size of the sensor. Oh well.

 

If you right click on both of these images you can see how heavily I cropped the headshot. It’s cool though I think. It looks a lot like me age and all. You know click between them.

This is more like you would see when you are doing a product placement kind of thing. I guess if I wanted I could use a light green shirt. I guess that you can buy green poster board too. It would be good enough for this kind of thing and would be fun. Remember it’s all with that little phone camera. So think about the potential sight seeing blogging stuff I could teach people to do on sight seeing day trips and other adventures in the area where I end up.

Anyway even a little decent point and shoot with wi/fi and a zoom would be good. For the summer. All of this is just a daydream fantasy right now there are much higher priorities.
